Accepted payment methods include credit cards via Square.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.

Cancellations made after this period may incur a fee of 25.00.

We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, including weather conditions or emergencies, and will notify you promptly.
5. Liability and Limitations

While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure quality, we are not liable for:

Pre-existing damages or conditions at the service location.

Losses or damages resulting from factors beyond our control, including natural disasters or third-party actions.

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide safe access to the service location and notify us of any potential hazards.

You are responsible for securing fragile or valuable items prior to our service.
7. Refund Policy

Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of the service date, along with relevant documentation (e.g., invoices, photos).

8. Privacy

We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with state privacy laws, including California's CCPA and Nevada's SB-220.
